It took 10 years of slogging it out as a pastry chef, to work out that my biggest achievement in my career wasn’t cooking in high end restaurants or for celebrity clients, but was actually finding my self-worth in this little caramel popcorn business.
The achievements of my business cannot be measured in financial income or Social Media likes, but the emotional fulfilment of gratitude and self-worth that I have achieved in this short period of time.
Some might say I feed my customers, however it is the customer who feeds me with constant praise, enthusiasm and loyalty. And it is this that I use to strive forward and achieve greater things with my humble business.
Slowly behind the scenes, I have been working to find the right team, the right inspiration and the right timing to release Crackle Caramel Popcorn online and in shops. Piece by piece, I met the right people, steered myself into the right direction to achieve what I believe is my most rewarding and my proudest achievement to date.
I thank my customers for their patience and understanding. I do this all for them, for everything they have given me.
